- Fact: Cell Phone antennas & belt clip holsters are designed to break. Most belt clip holsters will not accept Extended Batteries unless the back faces out. Cell Phones frequently "fall out" of the holster, especially getting in and out of cars.

- Fact: Cell Phone Batteries are designed too last for a certain length of time. We only sell Japanese & Taiwan battery cells which are the best in the world. Most are assembled in China but No poor quality Chinese Cells!

- Fact: Replacement Batteries: • Battery Power management (for reference only):Operation times are estimates only. The operation time of the battery depends on conditions such as: transmitting power level, signal (distance between the phone and the base station), network parameters defined by the operator, phone features used, battery age & condition, charging habits, temperatures, digital/analog mode, amount of time on standby and actual talk time, flashing lights or LED's (usually consume more power than non-flashing battery), etc.
Note: Extended Capacity Batteries whether OEM Original or aftermarket will change the cell phone's total thickness may affect usage of some accessories such as belt clip holsters, leather case, desktop charger and other items.

Is it safe to enter my credit card number online on your Web site?
Your credit card number is completely secure if placed on our secured Web site All information is encrypted in 64 or 128-bit encryption before being transmitted to our servers. This encryption makes it absolutely impossible for your personal information to be intercepted on its way to our server. We use the latest, most advance technology for your protection! The Yahoo Ordering System and Servers are the most secure in the world! Considering this, it is easier for someone to tap a phone line, even intercept a fax transmission.

Can't find your phones model number or make? A few ways to do this, (1) call *611 or what ever your cellular service is, you can also find it on your bill, call them and ask for the information. (2) Find the box your phone came in and get the information off the box. (3) Examine the the front of the phone for any information and or turn your cell phone over, remove the battery and copy the numbers off the phone, Not The Battery!
How do I find something?
From the home page of the store, there are at least four ways to find what you want:
1) The home page has direct links to different categories of merchandise, and sometimes to individual items.
2) There is an alphabetical index. Click on the Index button on the home page to see it.
3) The store is searchable. You can usually reach the "Search" page from any page in the store by clicking on the "Search" button on the lower left hand side. Then simply enter the word or words of the product you are looking for. We recommend using this feature to find some products.
4) Some pages are very long and it would be a lot easier if you use the "Find" feature in your browser instead of scrolling down endlessly looking for your phone brand. To enable the "Find" feature, click on "Edit" in your browser and select the last option or simply press Ctrl-F on your keyboard. Then simply type in your phone brand and you should be able to find what you are looking for in a page, a lot faster!

How long to process my order?

We process orders as fast as possible; however, orders placed on the weekend are normally processed then shipped within 2 to 15 business days if in stock, due to the high volume of orders we receive over the weekend. Another reason an order might be delayed would be for credit card problems such as billing address mismatch, you used an alternate address or, a credit card number may be declined altogether. We will try to notify you by Email, be sure to check your email daily until you receive a shipping confirmation from us. Also use a daytime & evening phone number where we can reach you.

How do I know if something is in stock?

Most of the inventory is updated daily, but due to large increase in sales volume we can not keep accurate account. However we do find that sometimes we may have some discrepancies with the inventory and it shows as being in stock but the next day we find that there was a lot more ordered or a retailer bought them all, so it is out of stock and we will have to inform you that the item is out of stock. We get new stock in daily. We have thousands of items in stock!

I need more information, can I call somebody?
Sorry but in order for us to give you the low prices that we have on the site, we have to cut our overhead by not hiring technical staff. We want to be able to give you the best prices and in order to do that, we must cut down on our cost.

I don't understand why I received an email stating that my billing address didn't match, what's going on?

We attempt electronic verification of your billing address, sometimes apartment numbers and other things can throw this off. Additionally, sometimes the billing address has not been added to the credit card after a move or the like. Your credit card financial institution includes their bank contact number, & the CVV2/CID authentication codes, in your magnetic stripe. When 'swiping' the magnetic stripe on your credit card at a retail store, these codes are automatically captured.


Since we do not have your credit card present during internet transactions, the banks request us to obtain that data manually. This allows for automated verification of the credit card. Since the bank's introduction of these codes in November 1999, this fraud prevention tool is rapidly being accepted industry-wide as proof the card is valid.

Without these codes, we will need to manually verify addresses with your bank, which causes processing delays. Should the address not match up, the bank will not release what the correct address actually is!

Please be careful and use your correct address for billing, if we have to contact you your order will be delayed and you may be charged for office fee's.

Please make sure that you have sent us the address which your credit card statements are sent to. If your not sure contact your credit card company, bank or check you’re billing statement. We will only verify this information once, additional verifications are $10.00.

Can you ship my order to an address other than the billing address?

Yes we can, however we must be able to verify the shipping address with your credit card issuing bank. Due to extremely high volume, we will only attempt verification once, in other words, we will try calling your bank once at no charge, and if we receive no verification or non-matching address, the order will be cancelled. Please simply call your bank ahead time to add the alternate shipping address to prevent delays or cancellation. Can you ship to my P.O. Box?

Yes, APS Cellular only ships to a PO Box only if this is your credit card billing address. We use either USPS First Class or Priority Mail, both methods must use a signature method. Please Note that UPS (United Parcel Service), and due to United States Postal Service regulations, UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Can APS

Cellular accept orders from other countries than the United States?

APS Cellular cannot accept orders where either the billing address or the shipping addresses are in any other country other than the United States. Additionally APS Cellular cannot accept credit cards issued by bank or bank branches not within the United States. We do not accept International Credit Cards or Any Credit Card that does not use the Standard "AVS" Address Verification System.

How to buy? How much will the shipping cost be?
Buying from APS Cellular Accessories is easy and secure. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by a secure server. The credit card information will be purged after one month so the information will automatically disappear after one month making it inaccessible to anyone including ourselves.

For every order able item, there will be an "Add to Cart" button. This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping.
