We receive hundreds of emails everyday! A lot of emails will get marked as SPAM or VIRUS and we may never see them, due to a special Anti-Virus system / Spam Filters we have in place to help maintain and protect our servers and to keep them secure.

Unfortunately Nothing is 100% Concerning Email!

Please do not email us, use our contact form. Even with our contact form we may not receive your form due to ISP email servers being plagued with new viruses daily. Please note we will report all virus senders and seek legal action against them. Most all of our emails are scanned with Norton Anti-Virus before being sent. Be sure to have an updated anti-virus software on your computer to prevent virus's and to protect your computer.

• Please do not send any emails with any form of "attachments" because we do not open emails with attachments due to the risk of infecting our computers with computer viruses. Some email programs, you may have to set your general mail options for "replying or forwarding emails as inline text" instead of "replying or forwarding emails as an attachment". • Always Triple-Check your Email Address for typos! Most emails do not reach us due to typing errors in the email addresses. Please make sure that you type in your correct email address, or you will never get a response back. Please make sure that Your Email address in your computer (reply address) is correct. We can't reach you if you type in a typo into your address. If our email bounces back from your address, it is automatically deleted by our email server because it is returned as an attachment by our ISP (We don't open attachments anyway) and it is considered as a hard-bounce/ non-existent or invalid email address which sometimes is truly the case with so many fraudulent orders that we receive daily. Therefore, we will not be able to reach you. It is your responsibility to make sure that you provide a correct email address where we can reach you on the order form if you place an order with us and/or in the reply area of your email.
• Make sure that your email programs, software or ISP Internet Service Provider is not filtering out our email inadvertently as Bulk mail, Spam or other:
Increasingly, ISP's are using filtering systems to try and keep Viruses / Spam out of customers in boxes. Sometimes, they accidentally filter the legitimate email that you want and need to receive. No email software / program Spam filtration system in the world works perfectly removing only 100% of Spam. A small percentage of legitimate emails are intercepted and blocked inadvertently by all Spam filtration systems. Some Spam filtration systems that users subscribe to, send out a notice to the sender that allows the sender to fill in pertinent information in order to release the email to the recipient. However, in many cases, users that subscribe to email services from the majority of email providers like MSN Hotmail, AOL mail, Comcast, AT&T Worldnet Webmail, AOL mail, Lycos Mail, Yahoo Mail, and other email providers have a free built-in general Spam protection option. This free built-in general Spam protection is governed by general Spam rules based on a certain criteria that apply to all incoming emails and notices are NOT sent out to the senders when emails are blocked in order to save bandwidth or due to an unknown reason. These Spam Filters / rules do not filter out 100% of Spam and nor do they allow 100% of legitimate email to pass through. As mentioned above, they do not send out notices to the email senders that a particular email was blocked.

Internet Email is a critical medium of communication that most of us rely on to some extent. Businesses like ours must rely on it to a great extent because it is extremely difficult for us to call each customer by phone immediately after they place an order to confirm that we have indeed received their online order. It is also extremely difficult to try to reach customers by telephone each time to inform them about their order status and to inform each customer by phone of their tracking number after each package ships. It is possible to call by telephone each time for these reasons, but it will take tremendous amount of resources and that will eventually result in higher prices passed on to customers.

It is also extremely difficult to respond by telephone to each of the hundreds of email inquiries that we receive each day because most of the time when we call, the customers are not available or they are at work, there is no answering machine or voicemail to leave a message on, or they are asleep, etc. On the other hand, an email is always the best option that is least intrusive and most convenient for customers and businesses alike.

Spoof emails can be a major problem for unsuspecting Internet users. Claiming to be sent by well-known companies, these emails ask consumers to reply with personal information, such as their credit card number, social security number or account password.

These deceptive emails are called "Spoof Emails" because they fake the appearance of a popular Web site or company in an attempt to commit identity theft. Also known as "hoax" or "phisher"emails, this practice is occurring more and more frequently throughout the online world.

DO YOU KNOW:
The "From" field of an email can easily be altered - it is not a reliable indicator of the true origin of the email.

Please read the following safety tips:

3/8/04 Verizon mail servers appear to be blocking email attempts from the store.yahoo.com mail servers. Any emails (order confirmation emails, email forwards, etc.) sent to these domains may not be received. Order processing is not affected and merchants can still view and retrieve orders via the Store Manager. Per Yahoo Management.

PLEASE NOTE: We often receive a reply with a one or two word response (especially from AOL customers). We reply to hundreds of e-mails daily and without your original question or comment, we are simply lost. If there has been previous e-mailed correspondence, PLEASE include this when replying to this e-mail. You will not get a reply if you do not fill out our contact or RMA forms completely and truthfully.
