RP1) No Return Policy: No Returns, No Refunds, No Credits, No Exchanges.

1. All APS Cellular sales are final, non-creditable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable.
2. Unless otherwise noted, all products sales are final, defects, warranty and support is provided by the manufacturer's warranty if applicable (most OEM Original products are warranted against defects by the individual manufacturers warranty, which varies by manufacturer).
3. DOA. Certain Dead on Arrival may be covered, you must contact
us within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping damage or lost is not covered unless
it was insured.
4. Missing or incorrect products must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt
via RMA Form. No Exceptions.
5. We are the only ones who will determine facts, defects, no fits, etc. We will conduct our own investigations to all maters.
6. Proof of Purchase for the returns, DOA's & all other requests Required,
that is your actual paid & shipped invoice or emailed paid & shipped invoice
with tracking number only! Exact name match for order required. Burden of proof
is on the customer with the above info only.
7. There will be no warranties, credits, no refunds or returns from minors, this includes use of products or even if ordered by an adult.
8. False, untruthful or misleading information or non-credible statements will
void all warranties, credits, refunds and other request.
9. No returns, no refunds, no credits, no exchanges on: any type of abuse,
misuse, neglect, abuse, misuse, unauthorized or
improper alternations, repairs, improper care, lack of care, accidents, disaster,
weather or transportation damage or incident. This also includes Failure

get our ad information from the manufacturers, all specifications
are always subject to change, please contact the manufacturer
for any issues, they make the product we don't. There
are no returns accepted by us on any Original OEM products

usually arrive from "do it yourselfers" that damage an item
as well as their phone. These cellular phone parts are fragile & care
must be used to install them. Most people do not have a problem when
installing new accessories
when they use care and find our products excellent. Always have a
professional do your installation. After market accessories may void
any warranty you have with your cell phone or wireless device, please

by the ordering party to interfere with the rightful collection of funds
from the credit card company will cause substantial administration fees
in collecting said amounts. A minimum additional fee of $5000.00 will be
charged for collection activities, in addition to applicable attorney’s
fees and all other associated costs.
(S2) If you do not receive your order and process a chargeback you will still be liable for not contacting us. Failure to notify us of not receiving order by phone and contact form within 48 hours of expected receipt will be considered Fraudulent and treated as such.
(S3) The customer agrees that if any attempt is made
by the ordering party to interfere with the rightful collection of funds
from the credit card company will cause substantial administration fees
in collecting said amounts. A minimum additional fee of $5000.00 plus $575.00
an hour will be charged for collection activities, in addition to applicable
attorney’s
fees and all other incurred costs.
Credit Card Charge Backs, Disputes, Revoked Payments, or any other form of non-payment for merchandise/service
(C1) Any
customer that issues a credit card charge back, dispute, contest, inquiry,
any other form of non-payment method, rejected, cancelled non-payment form
against us for merchandise or service will possibly be charged with mail
order fraud (and/or any other applicable law), be charged for any & all
bank fee's, credit card company fee's, arbitration fee's, any other assessment
fee's, be assessed office and attorneys fees, account turned over to a
collection agency and or reported to the credit bureaus and appropriate
law enforcement agencies. Any none payment, charge backs, contesting, inquiry's,
revoked payments and or/ disputes occurred the products and or goods are
the property of APS Cellular, Inc. until the payments are paid in full.
(C2) The customer agrees that if any attempt is made
by the ordering party (buyer/customer to stop, retract, chargeback, interfere
with the rightful collection of funds from APS Cellular, Inc., the credit
card company / card holder / check holder or other will cause substantial
administration fees in collecting said amounts. A minimum additional fee
of $5000.00 plus $575.00 an hour will be charged for collection activities,
in addition to applicable attorney’s
fees, bank fees, office fee's and other fees for all other incurred costs.
Any none payment, charge backs, contesting, inquiry's, revoked payments and
or/ disputes occurred the products and or goods are the property of APS Cellular,
Inc. until the payments are paid in full. This is a legal and binding agreement.
(C3) Any none payment, charge backs, contesting,
inquiry's, revoked payments and or/ disputes occurred the products and
or goods are the property of APS Cellular, Inc. until the payments are
paid in full. The cardholder understands that any disputes, contesting,
charge back or any other form of non-payment or retracted payment must
be made with APS Cellular, Inc. APS Cellular, Inc. reserves all rights
to collect any unpaid, products or goods, charge backs, court fees, bank
fee's,office fee's, Collection costs, damages, attorneys ’s
fees, and /or all other associated charges that occurred in assisting the
process. This is a legal and binding agreement.
Possible Additional Charges to Buyer/Customer Invoice lookups, disputes, charge backs, contesting, arbitrations, bank fee's, assessment fee's and or any inquiry's to your account or order may be charged to your credit card or billed to you for this service, this is an additional fee. Customer is also responsible for additional charges for any inquiry's, disputes, arbitrations, chargebacks, non-payments, retracted payments from credit card company's. The customer agrees to pay APS Cellular, Inc. back in full for all costs associated in collection of money / debts owed to us. Any none payment, charge backs, contesting, inquiry's, revoked payments and or/ disputes occurred the products and or goods are the property of APS Cellular, Inc. until the payments are paid in full.
(C4) Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that the Buyer/ Purchaser shall be solely responsible for and shall bear and /or reimburse APS Cellular, Inc. for any & all payment dispute fee's, chargeback fees, associated fee's, others fee's issued, mandated and / or incurred by such chargeback to APS Cellular, Inc. by or from any credit card company, bank, merchant service, Paypal or other source of payment that is initiated at the request of the Purchaser.
(C5) As Stated If The Buyer/ Purchaser request a dispute, refund, stop payment, hold payment or anytype of chargeback from any bank, Paypal, credit card company, merchant service and / or other source of payment on the purchase of APS Cellular, Inc. Order or Service and should said card company, merchant or other source thereafter impose any fee or loss or any amount to APS Cellular, Inc. at the request of said Buyer/ Purchaser for or as a result, Purchaser shall reimburse APS Cellular, Inc. for a minimum of $2500.00, plus the refund amount, plus the said charge back fee, or any other incurred amount.
(C6) By purchasing any product / service from APS Cellular, Inc., the Buyer/ Purchaser expressly authorizes APS Cellular, Inc. to direct a payment/charge to made to Buyers Purchaser’s credit card account (the same being the credit card account used in the initial purchase) in the amount of the above. By ordering or using our websites, phone or fax you shall be bound by these terms.
Additional Fees to Buyer / Customer Caused by Chargebacks, Stop Payments, Threats,
Inquiry's, Disputes, Arbitration & / or Other

and banks have initiated new regulations with new fee's, bank charges,
assessments, and other charges associated with "charge backs,
disputes, contesting charges, arbitration fees, etc". Please be
advised that any charge back fee's, contesting, arbitration fees or
any other charges needed to contest, reply to, office & legal charges
or that are created by the customer with a charge back (or any other
form of non-payment), the customer will pay us back in full for all
costs associated in collection of money owed to us. The newest charge
is "arbitration fees" or "other charges" of $400.00
from banks / credit card companies to send a dispute to arbitration.
If the customers bank (or other) causes APS Cellular, Inc. to Pay for "Arbitration" Fees
or any other fees the customer agrees to reimburse APS Cellular, Inc.
in full for $400.00 plus a $5000.00 service fee and hourly rate of $575.00
for any and all fees that are caused by doing any type of "chargebacks", "arbitration" or
in any other way or form. The customer also authorizes APS Cellular,
Inc. to charge or debit their credit card for $5000.00 Office fee plus
$575.00 an hour and for any and all fees resulting from a "chargebacks", "arbitration" or
in any other way or form. If the customer card is declined or does
not pay within 30 days, the customer authorizes APS Cellular, Inc.
to collect the money from the customer in any legal manner or legal
form and also be liable for any costs involved in such collection.
Customers using our website's to order causing us any incurred fee's
or charges do authorize us to charge their credit card for these fee's
and any other associated charges or fee's that may occur. Any none
payment, charge backs, contesting, inquiry's, revoked payments and
or/ disputes occurred the products and or goods are the property of
APS Cellular, Inc. until the payments are paid in full. This is a legal & binding
agreement by purchasing from our web site(s).Customers
using our websites authorize us to charge their credit card for these
fee's and any other associated charges or fee's that may occur. Any
none payment, charge backs, contesting, inquiry's, revoked payments
